ADO is an organization that has brought together more than three hundred families in a successful operation. This case highlights the accomplishments of two strong leaders, each with very different personalities, with strong values. They have influenced the culture of the organization for many years. In addition, the case chronicles the process of institutionalization, where all parties involved had to make a great effort, and it pays off with significant benefits. At the end of the case we see the process of the election of the third CEO, where we find the mechanisms and structures that are used in order to ensure the continuity of the organization.
