It explores and proposes the concept of the Company's Global Project. It is based on the assumption that for the company to become an Institution, that is, to acquire a life of its own, it is necessary to promote the commitment of all those people and instances on which its life depends. Partners, managers, employees, customers, suppliers, creditors, etc. (the so-called stakeholders) must find reasons to take care of the company. This is achieved by linking the personal (individual) project with that of the company. The company must become the means through which each of them advances towards their own objectives. This is achieved by understanding what each one wants and expects from the company (the reasons why he/she is in it) and developing a company project that incorporates or addresses what is desirable for each one. Although it is not possible to please everyone, the clarification of what they share and can expect fosters commitment to the company and individual interest in taking care of it.
