Gabriel is a talented person who suffers a neurological condition which affects his professional performance: hereditary hand tremors. When he has to speak in public, a spiral of nervousness activates, which drives him into an accute anxiety state. The case allows to study human affectivity and understand how the different spheres of human psyche are related (physical, emotional and rational). The study of the anatomy and dynamics of human passions, particularly fear, allows to reach a proper diagnosis and make an outline of the possible solutions.
