The case of Nestlé in Mexico explores its transformation process in response to the need to adapt to a changing market. Despite solid financial results, they faced challenges such as a commercial model focused on discounts, high competition and an organizational culture focused on the short term. The transformation focused on four pillars: business model adjustment, digitalization, cultural change and strengthening customer relationships. Through improved leadership, talent development and the adoption of new technologies, Nestlé was able to optimize its operations, improve collaboration and generate sustainable value for both the business and its commercial partners.
