The work environment was, in general, bad, and the company did not have the necessary tools to improve it. There was too much noise, there was no engagement, and communication was very ineffective at every level. They were lacking career plans as well as clear development paths for every member of the plant. When analyzing the diagnosis that came to light through the work satisfaction survey, it was easy to understand why the rest of the indicators were not at the desired levels. In the last years, the plant had been known for its low performance, low profitability, and for being a bad option for our stakeholders. This crisis of results had deteriorated substantially over the last six months.
